With the Government’s announcement that we will be entering Alert level 2 on at 11:59pm on Tuesday 7th September, we have put a plan in place for a managed return to operation under a Level 2 situation​​​​​. The following plan details changes that we will be required to make sure that way can operate in a safe and contactless environment.

Coming into store

We will continue to practice strict contact tracing information gathering upon your arrival, so please ensure you make yourself known on arrival and sign in.

We will also continue to have the QR codes on display so you can continue to track where you have been through the NZ COVID Tracer app

Contactless Deliveries

In order to maintain a safe environment our staff and customers we have some important rules to follow.

When your order is ready to be delivered we will endeavor to get it out to you as soon as possible.

When our driver arrives on site, they will be doing the following

Wearing a mask and other appropriate PPE Gear, We ask that you wear as mask as well.

Recording their visit to your site, information they will gather will be site contact name, site contact number, time on site & date, they will also be recording these details of any members that they come into contact with on site.

Maintaining a 2m social distance where possible

Once products have been unloaded from the delivery vehicle you will be able to shift the goods once the driver has left

Keep your distance

  • All staff and customers will be required to practise physical distancing of 2m and wear face masks
